Bullied teen awarded income for life......
A bullied teenager will receive substantial damages and an income for life after a Supreme Court judge found NSW educational authorities failed in their duty of care to deal with playground assaults and bullying.
He will receive at least $220,000 for pain and suffering.
What are your thought on this!!!!!

Adults have a responsibility to step in and start implementing consequences. Turning ones back does only one thing: it sends a clear message to the bully that he/she can freely continue.
It's about stinkin' time someone is held accountable. Kids will be kids so parents should be parents! School administration needs to start taking bullying more seriously. PARENTS: Hold them accountable!

There is no call at all for bulling, I have seen it first hand with my oldest son and schools did nothing about it! And they wonder why some kids take such action.
When I told them I was going to bring legal action against the elementry school and the Jr high school then they decided to do something about it. I was told over and over boys will be boys Bull! I am sorry to say I now teach my youngest son not to turn the other cheek, if somneone bothers him to stand up for himself not to try an reason with them their are no reasoning with these kind of kids.
